Volusia County, Florida Bankruptcy Attorney Eric A. Morgan

Attorney Eric A. Morgan has helped many people in Florida utilize the bankruptcy code to wipe away their debts and get a fresh start.  Mr. Morgan focuses on communicating with the client to help them understand the process and minimize any possible risks they face from creditors.

After graduating from the University of Florida, he served in the U.S. Peace Corps in the former Soviet Union, where he learned Russian and Uzbek. He earned a Master of Arts in Political Science from the University of Florida after returning to Florida.

Mr. Morgan earned his J.D. from Florida International College of Law. While at law school, he was a member of the trial team and interned with two law firms.

Mr. Morgan worked as a Managing Attorney and then as a Partner with a national consumer bankruptcy firm located in Orlando, Florida. 

Mr. Morgan opened his own firm because he felt a small practice would be the best setting in which to provide quality service. His goal is to be an attorney that people can rely on when life takes a difficult or unexpected turn. He currently represents clients across Florida. 



Volusia County, Florida Bankruptcy Attorney Carl A. Morgan

Attorney Carl A. Morgan joined the firm in 2009. Originally hailing from Bristol, United Kingdom, where he was a police officer for several years with the Avon & Somerset Constabulary.

He immigrated to the United States in 1989. He graduated from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, and then went on to Law School at the University of Akron in Ohio.

After practicing for several years in Ohio, he relocated to Melbourne, Florida to become closer to his family. He worked at the Office of the Public Defender where he met and worked with Eric Morgan. He has extensive experience in criminal defense, bankruptcy, personal injury, wills, trusts and other areas.
